This request is used to initiate offboarding for all ERC Pathlight teammates and accounts.
Access, licensing, and system permissions are automatically revoked during this process.
Use Test Mode to validate requests without triggering any termination actions/processes.
Using Test Mode will send a validation email to the logged in account submitting the form.
